1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
3. Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Bagzex will cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label, which you must download and print to attach to your return package. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers. Therefore, Bagzex does NOT charge any restocking fee on returns.

5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
